Choose which shipping and pickup options a specific warehouse supports, and create its local delivery zone.
Once you've enabled shipping methods for your organization, choose which ones each warehouse supports. Then, customize your warehouse's geographical delivery zone.
Setting fulfillment options for a warehouse
- Go to Admin Options > Warehouse and click Edit underneath the warehouse name.
- In the top ribbon, select General.
- Under Fulfillment Options, select one or more shipping methods.
- Click Save.

Creating a warehouse delivery zone
- Go to Admin Options > Warehouse and click Edit underneath the warehouse name.
- In the top ribbon, select Local Delivery.
- Choose one of three options to create the delivery area:
- Drawn Zones - This will allow you to draw the warehouse service area on a map (click + Add Zone) or import drawn zones from another warehouse in your organization (click Import Zone).
For each zone you add to the list, you can toggle the Enable function to control availability. - Distance Radius - Set a maximum delivery distance around your warehouse in kilometres or miles.
- Postal Code - Add the postal codes this warehouse can serve. For each postal code you add to the list, you can toggle the Enable function to control availability.
- Drawn Zones - This will allow you to draw the warehouse service area on a map (click + Add Zone) or import drawn zones from another warehouse in your organization (click Import Zone).
- Whichever option you choose, make sure to set a Delivery Fee (dollar value or percentage of order total) and Delivery Minimum.
- Click Save.
